Time to find him and see how this goes. Thankfully, it doesn't take long; it's a small town and only so many places he could be. He exhales a quiet breath as he approaches, avoiding the puddles and slush from yesterday's rain. ]

[ Ryo's shown Akira how to send private messages and suggested that he checks his inbox on a daily basis. Here's hoping that he actually does as suggested because texting is sometimes more convenient than seeking him out in person. ]

Something's happening with the egg!

[ Ryo's wish for an additional sun pendant came true, and now he's wondering if they can ring the bell a second time and wish for something else, or if doing it again will only get them punished for their greed. But that's a risk he's willing to take because this is essentally a choose-your-reward quest and it'd be stupid not to try again.

Tucking the pendant away in his pocket, he heads over to Akira's house to deliver it. Knock, knock, open the door. ]

Random question but uh
What's your housing situation like?

[Nyx pauses to take a break from dismantling what's left of an old, rundown townhouse near the outskirts of Ruga. He'd spent the morning gathering salvageable stone and materials next to the street, and short of taking a hammer to the walls themselves he's fairly certain he's gotten what he could out of this building. It had been too dangerous to live in a year ago, always one wrong step from burying someone in debris, and too far gone to even attempt repairing it. Now it could be put to use instead of letting it continue to rot.

His green chocobo is loitering down the street, busy foraging for bugs while she waits for him. Even with her help it's going to take him hours yet to haul this stuff across the district so he's not in too big of a hurry to get started; Although he can admit that he probably should have let one of the others know he was doing this today so they could have given him a hand.

Watching her dig her beak in the grass, Nyx leans his back against the wall and takes a long drink from a bottle of water.]
